What is the range of StarTag?
StarTag works by connecting to the Bluetooth signal on your phone. StarTag's Bluetooth range can extend up to 50 m when there is a clear line of sight from your phone to the StarTag.
StarTag VS GPS tracker
If you want to track the location of an object or person, like your car, dog, or child, in real-time and monitor their movements, you'll need a GPS tracker. However, it's more expensive and requires frequent battery charging.
If you need help finding items that are often misplaced nearby, like your keys, wallet, backpack, or even a hiding cat, a Bluetooth finder is a better option. It's more affordable and hassle-free in terms of battery use. While its limited range means you can't track the item's live location if it's too far, you can still see where you last had it and retrace your steps. Plus, with Out of Range Alerts, StarTag will remind you to take your things with you, so you don’t accidentally leave them behind.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
When your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order whilst it is in transit. You can see the expected time of delivery at checkout. Normally, you will receive the package within 3-7 days.
Please note delivery may take longer during sale periods and public holidays.
How does StarTag card work?
The Find My network requires location services and Bluetooth to be turned on,the Bluetooth signal that your StarTag sent out can be detected by nearby devices in the Find My network, these devices would send you the location of StarTag to iCloud, you should just find the map to see where is it on Find My app. It is not only an efficient but also a durable tool to give you peace of mind knowing where your things are.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your StarTag you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The order must be returned in good condition. If all these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method.
StarTag reserves the right to decline a refund for orders that are returned past the 30-day return period and are not subject to our 2-year warranty.
StarTag does not cover any return shipping fees.
Please make sure that all return shipping fees are paid in full. Any order returned with additional shipping charges will not be accepted and will not be issues a refund.
