Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
When will my order be shipped?
Normally, we will ship within 12-36 hours after you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within 12-36 hours. When inventory is low, we will inform you of the shipping time in advance
How long will it take until I receive my order?
When your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order whilst it is in transit. You can see the expected time of delivery at checkout. Normally, you will receive the package within 3-7 days.
Please note delivery may take longer during sale periods and public holidays.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Conneme you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The order must be returned in good condition. If all these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method.
Conneme reserves the right to decline a refund for orders that are returned past the 30-day return period and are not subject to our 2-year warranty.
Conneme does not cover any return shipping fees.
Please make sure that all return shipping fees are paid in full. Any order returned with additional shipping charges will not be accepted and will not be issues a refund.

Do you ship to my country?
Of course. We ship worldwide. For remote areas where express can't arrive, air mail can do.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once we have finished processing and packing your order, you will receive an email with the order tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Of course! Before we send the order, we will confirm your order details and recipient information with you. Please keep an eye on your email and let us know if you need to make any changes.
My tracking number is not working?
A shipping confirmation will be sent out to your e-mail address as soon as your order is on its way, please allow a few hours before the link is active. If it's still not working, contact us and we will look into it.
Please note that during sale season it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking link is working and your order is visible online.

How does Starcard card work?
The Find My network requires location services and Bluetooth to be turned on,the Bluetooth signal that your STARCARD sent out can be detected by nearby devices in the Find My network, these devices would send you the location of STARCARD to iCloud, you should just find the map to see where is it on Find My app. It is not only an efficient but also a durable tool to give you peace of mind knowing where your things are.
What is the Apple Find My network?
The Apple Find My network is a crowdsourced network of hundreds of millions of Apple devices that use secure Bluetooth technology to detect your missing items nearby and report their approximate location back to you, so you can find them. The entire interaction is end-to-end encrypted, anonymous, and is extremely data and battery-efficient.
How to find my lost device?
You can put STARCARD into Lost Mold, if it is detected by a device in the network, you will get a notification. Even more, you can set your contact information onto STARCARD, then people who get your STARCARD will know how to reach you by tapping it with their NFC capable smartphone.
